The 1-inch right angle electromagnetic pulse valve controls the opening and closing of the valve body unloading hole according to electrical signals. When the valve body is unloaded, the pressure gas in the rear chamber of the valve is discharged, and the pressure gas in the front chamber of the valve is throttled by the negative pressure hole on the diaphragm. The diaphragm is lifted and the pulse valve sprays. When the 1-inch right angle electromagnetic pulse valve body stops unloading, the pressure gas fills the rear chamber of the valve through the damping hole. Due to the difference in the force area on both sides of the diaphragm on the valve body, the gas force in the rear chamber of the valve is large, and the diaphragm can close the valve's blowing port, and the pulse valve stops blowing. The electrical signal is timed in milliseconds, and the moment the pulse valve opens, it generates an impact airflow, thereby achieving instantaneous blowing.
Working principle of 1-inch right angle electromagnetic pulse valve:
The diaphragm divides the 1-inch right angle electromagnetic pulse valve into two chambers, front and rear. When compressed air is connected and enters the rear chamber through the throttle hole, the pressure in the rear chamber presses the diaphragm tightly against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The electrical signal of the pulse jet control instrument disappears, the 1-inch right angle electromagnetic pulse valve armature resets, the rear air chamber vent is closed, and the pressure in the rear air chamber increases, causing the diaphragm to tightly adhere to the valve outlet. The 1-inch right angle electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state again.
